Job brief
We are looking for a professional Executive Search Consultant to source and manage candidates for highly specialized leadership and subject matter expert roles.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to interact with Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates and internal teams. You should also be familiar with a range of online and offline sourcing techniques.
Ultimately, you will place qualified candidates into senior level and leadership positions a timely manner and build talent pipelines for our future hiring needs.

  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategies
  • Carry out market mapping of competitors
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels
  • Recruit for hard-to-fill roles
  • Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
  • Engage with candidates to assess suitability for the role
  • Provide detailed screening summaries on suitable candidates
  • Conduct benchmark research and build market intelligence reports
  • Provide offer guidance and negotiation
  • Network with industry to be on the top with latest trends in executive recruitment and make recommendations for improvements

Proven work experience as an Executive Search consultant, Headhunter or Recruiter
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques and Executive Search methodology, supported by a strong network within the Oil & Gas sector
Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluation of leadership candidates
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, combined with the gravitas and presence required to engage candidates at the senior level.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across a multi-layered stakeholder group is critical.
Time-management and planning skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
Degree level education
