People & Organizational Development - HR Business Partner
Provide a full range of advisory services to AOC and Saudi Aramco in one or more of the assigned Human Resources areas and perform highly skilled analytical and/or complex administrative functions to ensure the delivery of high quality HR Services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide input to advise AOC/Saudi Aramco employees on functions of assigned HR area, ensuring that employees receive equitable treatment and receive HR services as authorized
Provide input to advise AOC up to line management on functions performed. Ensure that actions initiated by the divisions are according to schedule and within policy
Perform special projects, long-range studies, and related activities, which are highly technical in nature and may involve several different HR functions
Collect and analyze information relevant to assigned HR functions, in order to ensure an up-to-date service-level and continuous improvement. Research the design, impact, and implementation required for changes or additions to HR activities. Develop sound professional recommendations based on findings
Accountable for ensuring information and data is up to date, complete, correct, and according to GDPR.
Joint accountability to ensure provision of services, creating a seamless employee/customer experience.
Coordinate or perform line activities within assigned HR functional area
Provide work direction to lower level professional and/ or clerical staff in functional area
Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor or Senior Team members

Functional Specific Responsibilities
Partner with AOC managers to meet the organizations people needs through available HR programs and policies and proactively forecast and deliver against people lifecycle.
Work with AOC managers to coordinate/conduct (annual) HR programs and activities including, performance management, promotions, development, talent & succession planning and engagement; Support annual business planning in people related topics.
Coach and advice managers on people related topics & provide case management for employee cases.
Conduct workforce planning and support people needs through (internal) recruitment activities, acting and development assignments, IDP development and career coaching.
Analyze team dynamics and design, organize and/or deliver programs or events in support of team development; Deliver, and support design of, corporate learning events as appropriate.
Conduct organization design activities within AOC organizations, collaborating with TRP when needed.
Identify trends, commission analysis and (co-)develop solutions to address organization people needs.
Support people services as needed with regards to complex situations and act as second line contact for questions from employees and managers on HR policies and processes; Participate in people services activities when required.
Develop and submit proposals in coordination with the HR Development Specialists for policy changes, based on internal and external developments
