Industrial Relations Division provides AOC and our affiliates with human resources, public relations and international staffing services from our AOC Leiden headquarters.
Human Resources recruits applicants for AOC and administers employee benefit programs. It also provides personnel support to Saudi Aramco employees, and their accompanying dependents, placed on out-of-kingdom work assignments and those on career development programs in the AOC territory. HR also provides visa and immigration and personnel support to Saudi Aramco out-of-kingdom sponsored students and internships.
International Staffing Services recruits candidates to work for Saudi Aramco and maintains personnel support to them and their dependents.
Public Relations provides marketing, communications and public relations services to Saudi Aramco, AOC and its affiliates. This includes internal and external communication, branding, event management support to local and international exhibits, seminars, conferences and special events, and cultural relations development within the local, national and international communities.
