What is the company language?
Although almost twenty languages are spoken every day in AOC, the company working language is English. Although the office is situated in the Netherlands, in most positions it is not a requirement to be able to speak Dutch.
What is 9/75 work schedule?
Each AOC employee works 75 hours in 9 days to the following 2 week schedule:
Week 1:
Mon – Thu 8.5 hours (+30 min lunch)
Fri 7.5 hours (+30 min lunch)
Week 2:
Mon – Thu 8.5 hours (+30 min lunch)
Fri Off
In Saudi Arabia the weekend falls on Thursday and Friday. By maintaining longer working hours on the days both countries are in the office we maintain a high efficiency level, even with an extra day off.
Do I have to already be living in The Netherlands to be considered for employment?

What kind of employment benefits does AOC offer?

What does the selection procedure entail?
Once you have applied for a vacancy with AOC, your CV will be reviewed as soon as possible. If your education and experience fits the desired profile, you will be invited for an interview, which will be followed by a reference and diploma check. AOC strives to inform each applicant within one month of the outcome of their application.
