(Leo) Wa Kwan Chan

Leo comes from Hong Kong. He has been employed by AOC within the finance department as an accounting clerk since February 2005.

After finishing his Bachelor degree at Rotterdam University he worked in a travel agency and later found a new position in AOC headquarters in Leiden.

Now working in The Hague, Leo is benefitting from AOC’s use of technology to help improve business. He was given the opportunity to learn new tools that make work on daily assignments more efficient and at the same time is enabled to expand into new areas. As well as being motivated through job empowerment, Leo also recognizes the positive impact of the multinational culture.

The working environment within AOC is truly multinational. There are so many different cultures in one place. It gives you a unique perspective.
