Emma Toledo

Emma is responsible for facilitating the worldwide recruitment process for Saudi Aramco by coordinating the video and telephone conference interviews with potential recruits. She also sources candidates for HR and IT positions.

Emma joined AOC at the beginning of 2009, having achieved a degree in business studies and worked for the British firm, Aston Carter.

Becoming part of a company that encompasses so many people and cultures has encouraged Emma to expand her international travel and to continue to meet colleagues with different experiences and theories about her field of expertise. In particular, Emma has enjoyed participating in workshops with colleagues from across the globe and sharing best practices for training and recruitment issues.

In future, I hope to have the opportunity to recruit for different areas of the business, to enhance my knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
