By sourcing the right people, technologies and materials, AOC delivers a full range of engineering solutions that add value to Saudi Aramco’s oil and gas operations. We also support the development and project management of Saudi Aramco’s extensive portfolio of world-class capital programs.
AOC Engineering leads the identification and transfer of proven technologies and innovative solutions intended to address key engineering challenges and processes used in Saudi Aramco’s operations. This work is enhanced by the collaborative agreements we have with leading engineering knowledge centers and the interaction we maintain with industry-leading manufacturers. A part of our service is conducting initial reviews and providing detailed technical assessments of manufacturers within our global areas of operation. We participate in engineering standards and materials specification reviews and assist in knowledge transfer through our active involvement in the International Standards Organization’s (ISO) activities.
The technical support we provide to capital programs is delivered through our in-house engineering team and also through contracts established with leading engineering companies. This support involves periodic reviews of engineering design packages and technical consultations of the engineering disciplines we maintain. Our objective is to assist in building safe, reliable and cost-effective facilities.
An inside story
Khurais Project
AOC Engineering supported this mega-project, which added a major increment to Saudi Arabia’s Maximum Sustained Production Capacity. We undertook a complete review of all the engineering design packages, provided engineering manpower support and also technical consultations.
